Prospects is our beginners band where members new to playing or relearning are given the opportunity to experience playing alongside others in a group situation.

Prospects is open to beginners of all ages (including adults), and encourages aspiring musicians to develop their technique and skills in teamwork and timing' in a friendly environment.

It is here that you start our learning pin scheme, a scheme that encourages progress and commitment, a vital ingredient in all our bands.

Prospects get to perform in concerts alongside the Youth and Community Bands.

If you would like to learn how to play a brass instrument from scratch or if you used to play and would like to start again but feel the Community Band is a little daunting please contact us.

We rehearse 6.30pm – 7.30pm on a Thursday evening in the Mitutoyo Building on West Portway Industrial Estate, Andover.
